Hull Trains’ Business Travel Service is experiencing strong sales growth with local businesses enjoying savings of around 20% on all of their rail travel requirements. The centre, which is staffed by experienced rail travel experts, was established just eight month’s ago and now has 59 large business accounts who are using the service on a weekly basis.

The service offers businesses a one stop shop and can advise on and sell any rail ticket currently available throughout the UK today, including Eurostar.

Paul Lakin, Sales and Marketing Manager for Hull Trains says: -

“Since the Business Travel Service opened in May last year we have saved our customers an average of 20% on all of their rail travel requirements simply by ensuring that they are getting the best ticket deal available on the day rather than a full fare ticket.”

“We now have more than 59 large business accounts open who are using the service for all of their rail tickets and we are actively encouraging all businesses to open a free account service. We even have a business customer who is based in the ‘Far East’ using the Hull Trains Business Travel Service to book his rail travel tickets from Heathrow to Hull.”

The Hull Trains ‘Business Travel Service’ does not charge any commission or fees for its services which sources the fastest, cheapest and most flexible route of travel. Tickets are delivered by first class mail free of charge, and for businesses based in central Hull, tickets will be delivered by hand directly to your door. Alternatively, tickets can be collected, by arrangement, on the train.
